I've created many puzzles over the years. Here is a start to a few of my favorites.

For DEF CON 30, DarkNet runs a challenge prior to DEF CON called the Casefile. This was the image which was the trailhead for the short puzzle I created for the casefile.

At DEF CON 29, DarkNet operatives had a 3D printed poker chip with an embedded NFC tag. If you scanned the tag you would be presnted with this puzzle.
