I used wiring from a dead PC power supply. Also at the top, though it's not shown very well, is a small PCB with a removable terminal block. It's kind of like the screw terminals on the extruder controller, however it plugs onto peg terminals, so you can remove the block without unscrewing things. I salvaged these from the control boards of an old building security system.
